Our helpdesk provides free support services. For support requests that cannot be resolved over the helpdesk, a support personnel will be required to physically visit your site to resolve the problem. This kind of support is referred to as on-site support. On-site support attracts a fee which will be communicated to you before the visit by the helpdesk.
